As the premier RV Rentals Company in Houston Texas. Ricks RV Rentals has the latest model 2008 RVs, Motor Homes, Luxury Pop-Up Campers, and Travel Trailers for rent. All have been customized for your comfort, safety and enjoyment.

RV Rental Policies
Vehicle Pick Up and Return
Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM

Saturday - 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
We are closed Sundays and holidays.

Reservation requests must be made, accompanied with a $200 deposit, at least 48 hours in advance - the time required to check driving records and process reservation.

Arrive at least 30 minutes to an hour before your planned departure to allow time for a familiarization tour of the vehicle.

Rental Day
Each night is considered one rental day.

Early Returns
There is no refund for early returns. However, unused prepaid mileage will be refunded.

Late Returns
Late vehicle returns (after 1:00 PM Monday-Friday, and 11:30 AM Saturday) may be subject to a $25/hour late return fee.

Reservation Fee
A $200 deposit is required to confirm a reservation and will be applied to rental charges. The deposit is refundable if reservation is cancelled up to 21 days before departure.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $1,000 for Motor Homes and Travel Trailers and a deposit of $500 for the Pop Up Camper with the total estimated rental charges are due at time of departure. Deposit will be returned within 3 business days after return, provided the vehicle is clean (inside and out), holding tanks are empty, gas and propane are full, and the vehicle is not damaged or abused.

Damaged or lost equipment will be paid for by the renter.

If vehicle is not returned clean inside and out, a cleaning fee of $25 an hour will be charged.

If holding tank has not been emptied and rinsed, prior to return, a dump charge of up to $100 will be charged.

Gas and propane tanks must be returned full to avoid additional charges.

Note: Extended rentals and/or rentals for commercial use may require a larger deposit. Use of awnings on motor homes and travel trailers requires additional deposit

Payment
Payments must be in the form of Visa, Master Card, Discovery, Certified Checks, Personal Checks or Travelers Checks.

Note: Please be sure you have sufficient limits on your credit card and/or funds in your checking account to cover all costs. Credit cards and checks are electronically verified at time of departure.

All drivers must be at least 25 years of age

Motor homes and travel trailers are not allowed in Mexico

Motor homes and travel trailers are not permitted on logging roads and other nonpublic roads

All vehicles are nonsmoking

No towing is allowed with motor homes

Walking on or storing items on roof of vehicles is not permitted
